These tasks include:
- Heat and air filter change twice a year
- AC condenser flush once a year
- Inspect all shut-off valves for proper operation or damage
- Inspect laundry hoses
- Flush & drain hot water heater once a year
- Inspect exterior hose bibs and winterize
- Clean dryer vent
- Check smoke/CO2 detectors
- Inspect electrical breakers and GFI’s
- Inspect and test garbage disposal safety switch
- Garage door safety test and lubricate
- Attic inspection for any obvious issues
- Gutter inspection
- Exterior inspection checking for issues with caulking, vents, soffits, or any other damage
